Know Your Worth! But Be Open To Growth!
Knowing your worth does not mean believing you are always right.
It means understanding that you deserve dignity and respect while remaining willing to learn, reflect, and improve.
It means recognizing that another person’s behavior may provide information about their circumstances or character, but it does not automatically establish your value.
It means giving yourself permission to move forward without carrying every disappointment, rejection, or negative interaction.
Most importantly, it means remembering that you have a responsibility to yourself, just as you have responsibilities to others.
You do not have to become bitter because someone treated you poorly. You do not have to become disrespectful because someone disrespected you. And you do not have to diminish yourself to make someone else comfortable.
Continue growing.
Continue learning.
Continue leading with integrity.
And continue making decisions that reflect the person you are becoming.
Because how you choose to treat others will always be part of the legacy you leave behind.
LES Reflection Question
Have you ever allowed someone’s treatment of you to make you question your worth? What did that experience teach you about boundaries, self-respect, or leadership?
We invite you to reflect, share your perspective, and continue the conversation.
